	Steve Spears, Managing Broker/Owner It was not Steve Spears' original intention to build one of the most successful and well respected real estate brokerages in San Francisco -- it just happened to work out that way. As one of two founding agents with Franciscan Properties, Steve intended to become a great Realtor®. But when his broker was diagnosed with a life-threatening disease, Steve stepped up to fill his shoes. Steve earned his broker's license in an unprecedented two weeks, and shortly thereafter he purchased the company from the owner at his request. After more than three decades hiring the best people and training them to succeed, Steve has built a sophisticated, nimble real estate brokerage that is one of the fastest-growing offices in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network.
	Kelley Broderick, Vice President, Sales Manager Kelley is Vice President, Sales Manager, for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Franciscan Properties where she started her real estate career in 1988. Kelley works directly with agents to help them set and achieve their personal, financial and professional goals. She facilitates agent training in small group classes as well as one-on-one coaching. Her straightforward, honest approach is sought after by both entry-level agents and seasoned professionals. They know that Kelley's real estate experience and expertise are dedicated to helping them realize their career dreams.
	Judy Spears, Chief Financial Officer Judy Spears, co-owner of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Franciscan Properties, did not aspire to the position of Chief Financial Officer, but circumstances sometimes dictate a different result. Busily raising two children, volunteering in school activities and chairing record setting fund raisers, Judy's plate was definitely full. After a devastating office fire in 1993 forced a temporary office relocation Judy stepped in and took over the finances on a short term basis and has occupied that position ever since.
